It is understood that the German government will continue to implement tax exemption policies for residential photovoltaic systems with installed capacity of less than 30kWp or less than 100kWp, namely:
(1) Exemption from the 19% value-added tax incurred on the purchase, import and installation of photovoltaic equipment；
(2) Feedback income from photovoltaic systems is exempt from personal income tax;
(3) Simplify the tax process and eliminate the need to apply for additional tax refunds.
