SFS-FR-04 SunRack Flat Roof Simple Ballast Mounting System is a new type of ballast system. This system has a simple structure, good stability and easy to install. It is a modular structure, which can be expanded from one module to any scale while maximizing the roof usage.
The more we connector the pv array,the less concrete block for ballasts we need for this mounting systems.The ballasted concrete block for this mounting systems required unique U type shape concrete blocks,instead of general rectangle or square concrete blocks.As the concrete blocks are put on the connecting rails.
The differences for this new ballast mounting systems from the usual ballast mounting solutions are listed as below:
